BNM Speciality Alloys introduces BNM-J152

We are pleased to announce the new offering of our spec BNM-J152.

BNM-J152 is our equivalent grade of Jethete M152, used for turbine blades, turbine bolting and other high temperature applications in the power generation industry.

Our aim is to offer a readily available and cost effective alternative to end users currently using aerospace released S151D.

We will be offering a range of round bar sizes from stock with the option of quick production of round bar and flat bar.

BNM Speciality Alloys have further developed our EN10269 1.7729 material to cover the additional requirements of T41 material.

BNM-T41 is based on previous versions of the ‘T41’ but with a few additional requirements for the Nuclear industry

Any new material in production will be manufactured in accordance with this specification. We will be phasing in material to this spec from March 2024

EN10269 1.7729 20CrMoVTiB4-10

As part of our recent extension which includes more bar storage we have increased our stocking range of EN10269 1.7729 20CrMoVTiB4-10. This grade is a direct equivalent to DUREHETE 1055 and T41 and suitable for high temperature bolting applications such as gas turbines.

We stock a full range between 5/8″Ø – 90mmØ

Some larger sizes available in reduced quantities.
